A spacious fully equipped kitchen and dining area leads out onto a timber decked courtyard where you can enjoy outdoor dining with BBQ facilities. Air conditioning in the living area and master bedroom and hydronic central heating throughout the house will ensure your comfort. The first bedroom has a king sized bed which can also be set up as two singles. The second bedroom has two single beds. There are built in robes in each bedroom as well as pedestal fans for your comfort. Upstairs, the master bedroom with queen bed is a private oasis. Enjoy the TV and DVD whilst relaxing in air conditioned comfort. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath and also a European style laundry with washing machine and dryer.
