A 3 bedroom villa on a secure complex - convenient and close to all attractions

Ideal for families and golfers, this villa comprising 3 bedrooms, family room and separate living room provides spacious open plan living on 1 level. Located within the gated complex of Vista Del Lago (www.vistadellago.net) adjoining US Highway 192 it provides a quiet and secure base close to the wonders of Disney and other attractions.

Comfortable and peaceful but with easy access to a large variety of shops and restaurants (some at the entrance to the complex) and within 5 min of a 24 hr Walmart Supercentre, it provides the best of all worlds.

If Mickey is not enough to keep you busy there are tennis courts, heated swimming pools, pool and a host of other activities within the complex for your amusement.

After a hectic day why not dine al fresco on the large enclosed porch at the rear of the villa. The views over the conservation area and lake are wonderfully relaxing. And then put your feet up and watch your favourite film or programme on the large flat screen tv

House located on the complex of Vista Del Lago: The house is located on the complex of Vista Del Lago which provides many facilities and is staffed by helpful and friendly people. There are 3 swimming pools, 2 located by the Clubhouse which overlooks a large lake. Its a great place to sit of an evening and watch the beautiful Florida sunset.

Say 'Orlando' and most people will follow it with 'Disney world'. However, central Florida offers so much more than just Walt Disney world - it's like an onion; peel off some of the outer layers and you'll find much more beneath.

As far as theme parks go, central Florida has them all! Walt Disney world (including the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios and more), Sea World, Universal Studios and many others are enough to keep kids of all ages happy and entertained.

Just one park holds enough to keep the whole family busy from early morning right through till nightfall when many parks have a laser, firework and light show spectacular of some description. 'fantastic' at Disney’s Holloywood Studios is one of the best - absolutely un-missable and absolutely unlike anything you've ever seen before.

Other parks such as Sea World offer a slightly more relaxed and informative angle on the theme park scene, but there's still lots to keep all ages entertained.

The open plan layout of the villa provides comfortable living and with 2 separate reception rooms you can have your own space to enjoy the large flat screen tv with cable television (100+ channels) or simply relax and listen to music or watch 2nd tv in other reception room. Valerie has a wonderful villa location etc was everthing she said and it was very clean .It was lovely to come home to after the parks and relax.The children loved the pools Vista del lago is is kept very nice and the pools clean Many restaurants to choose from nearby we liked Applebys and sizzlers best .Children liked Bob evans.Would certainly recommend to friends and family.We hope to go back in the near future

Fantastic hoilday

The owner of the villa was great ,she helped with every question we asked and went out of her way to help us. The villa was clean and well maintained and one of the best we have stayed in in Florida. We had a great holiday and it was nice to come back to a comfortable home after a hard day Sunbathing, shopping and generally having fun.The two TVs were a bonus as it stopped the tv remote wars.
Thanks Valerie for letting us stay in your home and i am sure we will be returning.

Our fantastic family holiday in Florida

The owners of this villa went out of their way to be helpful and ensure our stay was memorable in every way. We received directions to the villa and very helpful details of local facilities. The villa is spacious, well kept, homely and in a very pleasant residential setting. We made good use of the well equipped kitchen and dining facilities to prepare meals after our long days at Disney (only 10 mins away). The villa is home from home and we were able to just 'move in' for the 2 weeks. It is well situated close to all the Disney parks, out of town shopping centres and restaurants all within easy driving distance. You must also visit the amazing town of Celebration just 20 mins away -recommended by the villa owners which was fab. The villa is set in a complex with good leisure facilities including 2 pools and spa pool. We had a great time here and plan to stay again. My family highly recommend this villa for its location, value for money, cleanliness, practical well equipped home from home -and above all else the kindness and helpfulness experienced from communications with the villa owners.

Fantastic place to stay for everyone

From stepping into the property we were very happy with what we had booked.
It has all the appliances you will need.
Very spacious, clean and tidy accommodation within easy reach of all major parks, shops and restaurants. A great base for everyone.
For the price we could not have booked anything better. Will definitely book it again WHEN we return to Florida.
Valerie has been very helpful in all the questions we asked including giving directions from the airport ( but it is really easy ).
The property is in a great location for everything ( on the 192 not far from the 27 ).

great safe place to stay

This was our first visit to the USA and from the time we opened the door to the villa we had a great time there was no nasty surprises the villa was lovely and clean spaciouse. The furniture was very comfortable there was plenty of room to move around our daughter claimed the second living area so she could watch her fave tv shows the kitchen was well equipted though we didnt do much cooking as there was plenty of eating places close by we especially enjoyed the outback steakhouse and the chinese just outside the complex having wi-fi was great as we could talk via skype to family at home we only had time to use one of the pools once but it was lovely not like when you stay in a hotel were you have to fight for a bit of space we never had any bother getting on and off the complex as we had the security card to swipe the gates open the club house even had its own station on the tv in the villa letting you know what was going on and any special events happening there we were about 10 mins fron disney world and about 20 mins from universal studios where we all had a great time at both. Two weeks just wasnt long enough thats why we will be back and hopefully we will be able to stay at valeries villa as its a real home from home and thankyou to valerie for allowing our daughter to stay just a little bit longer then us as she was flying from a different airport at a later time then us book this villa you will not be disappointed from steph steve and celena
