'Ardem @ Byron' located at 7/18 Paterson Street is a beautifully renovated, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse in the perfect Clarkes Beach location for your next beach holiday. Only a 2 minute walk to Clarkes Beach & the popular Beach Cafe and an easy 10min walk into the centre of town means you have everything Byron has to offer right at your fingertips!

Tastefully furnished, the apartment features a new kitchen with coffee machine, open plan lounge, private balcony and an undercover BBQ area, with WiFi access available for minimum cost. Overlooking a nature reserve Ardem @ Byron is peaceful and quiet, perfect for families or small groups of up to 7 guests (*An extra bed can be provided upon request).
