Nice and cozy one-bedroom studio in a great location, a few meters away from the Colosseum and the Imperial Roman Forum. The neighborhood, called Celio, is extremely lively and full of traditional eateries and popular 'enotecas' that will satisfy your thirst for good taste. Upon request we can provide you with suggestions for food and drinks.

Via Ostilia, the street where the studio is located, is a quiet one way road. The metro stop 'Colosseo' is at walking distance and offers you the opportunity to easily get to the other areas of the city like a real Roman.

The studio located inside a building of the early '900, has been recently renovated to offer elegance and comfort. It is ideal for two people but it can host up to three. Whether you are in Rome for business or vacation, you will enjoy the place and the area.

You can enjoy a king-size bed, a big and stylish shower space, wifi internet, air-conditioning, heating, TV and a nice yard to relax after your sightseeing and where to sip a glass of wine.

Why Gianluca chose Colosseum area

Having a small property in this neighborhood has always been my dream. Why? I have been practicing yoga for 7 years and the school is right here so I got fond of this area. The atmosphere is simply catchy. From busy mornings when everybody rushes to work to relaxed evenings in pubs and 'enotecas' to sip delicious wine and eat tasty food. Just around the corner you get a wonderful view of the Colosseum and from there you can walk to the main attractions of the city.

Aside from a gift to all our guests, we also offer you discounted rates if you wish to visit Rome in an alternative way. Have you ever heard of Segway tours? We also can offer special rates for traditional italian foods in a nearby validated store.

The apartment was as promised and Gianluca was a great host! You have everything you need for a short stay in Rome. The property is clean and well-maintained. We stayed here the last 3 nights of a five week tour of Italy, and I must say that the bed in this apartment was the best we had slept in. This apartment is very, very near the Colosseum and a decent walk to many of the main attractions. There is a restaurant right outside the entrance and several grocery stores nearby. I would highly recommend staying here.

A Truly Special Stay

An incredible way to enjoy Rome & practice Ashtanga at a trendy, charming and comfortable apartment at the heart of Rome; the property owner --Gianluca --was superb, friendly, responsive and professional. And to top it all the location is ideal, restaurants, transportation, historical sites at a walking distance. I found my special place in Rome, and plan to come back.

excellent location and service

We had a very pleasant time in Rome due to the wonderful studio location -walking distance to Metro, Taxi station and all central Rome monuments. Many restaurants and stores near by.
Wireless internet , AC inside provided plus the outside patio is a gem.
Quiet and safe area
Gianluca service is friendly and very professional -we got limousine service back to airport

We will definitely recommend it to anyone

Great location to Colosseum

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rome at this property. It had all the comforts of home and was in a great location to the Colosseum, Metro and great restaurants all within walking distance. We were met by the owner who offered us info on the area and recommendations for dining. The room was spacious and the shower was awesome!

A positive experience

We didn't actually stay at the property, but had a very positive experience. I had reserved and made a deposit on the apartment in June 2012 for November 2012. Then our travel plans suddenly changed when my sister decided to join us and we needed a larger place for four people. Gianluca was very prompt in helping us cancel and refunding the full deposit. It was a pleasure to work with him because he is professional and reliable.
