Waterfront Reserve Balinese Style Beach House on beautiful Collingwood Beach. Open plan dining/kitchen/living area. BBQ overlooking tropical gardens and views across Jervis Bay that will take your breath away. The main house consists of 3 Bedrooms, all with Queen Beds. Also has 3 Bathrooms. The property also consists of 2 Bungalows. The Beach side Bungalow has 1 Queen Bed. The large Garden Bungalow has 1 Queen Bed and a ensuite. Also has a Sofa Bed, TV& DVD. Main living area has a Wood Fire and a gas heater.

Table Tennis Table in garage.

Beach Access and Cycle Way/ Walkway at front of the property. 20 minute walk to either Huskisson or Vincentia Shopping Centres. You will want to return time and time again.

NO PARTIES,WEDDINGS, BUCKS/HENS PARTIES or FUNCTIONS PERMITTED.

High Season - Friday to Friday (7 Night Blocks) $5000 Per Week

FEBRUARY-SUMMER SEASON (to 20th Feb 2013) $4500 per week (7 Night Blocks)

Easter - Minimum 4 Night Stay - $715 per night.

Rest of Year - 3 Night Minimum Stay - $450 per night / Weekly $3150.

BOND $1000 Per Booking BOOKING FEE $55

Linen is NOT Supplied.

Strictly NO PETS.
