This delightful holiday home is located on the popular La Ronde in Carrickalinga. A 3 bedroom one bathroom retreat perfect for families or couples wanting a beach get away. No need to hop in the car as the beach is just a short walk away!

Large open living/ kitchen for spacious dining extending onto the back patio, with a second dining table, chairs and large grassed area great for the children. Living area has a split system air conditioner for climate control.The kitchen includes fridge, oven and microwave and cook top.

All appliances and furniture are tastefully included and create a fresh and modern twist to this appealing holiday home. 2 bedrooms include ceiling fans. 2 queens , 1 single + trundle and 1 bunk bed. Sleeps up to 8 in total.

Bathroom includes a shower and bath with separate toilet and basin. Separate laundry has a front loader, with storage and sink.

The outdoor entertaining area has the benefits of large decking, all undercover to entertain outdoors no matter what the weather! Includes a BBQ, outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach.

Please note this is non-smoking property. Sorry, but pets not permitted.
