This beautiful townhome has it all -

a view of the bay and lovely sunsets from 2 decks/ 4 Bdrms and 3 1/2 baths offering plenty of space for your group of 10-12. RESPONSIBLE HIGH SENIORS WELCOME.

There are 2 Master bedrooms each with its own full bath, two third level bedrooms with bunk beds plus trundle. The main living level has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, powder room, and living room. Some of the many upgrades include Corian countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors throughout the main level.

You will find a flat-screen TV in all bedrooms - cable and game-ready. The main level houses a huge screen TV for

more entertainment.

Parking -TWO spaces in the front lot plus additional off-street parking.

Walk to the beach and boardwalk/catch a tram to the inlet and downtown/ 3 Blocks away you will find the Jolly Rogers Water Park and Speed World, Fish Tales family-friendly restaurant/ bar on the water/miniature golf courses. A short ride to West Ocean

City will bring you to the outlets and many more restaurants

and shopping plus some of Ocean City's fabulous golf courses.

We do welcome responsible Seniors during June.

Excellent Townhome

The townhome slept 10 comfortably. It was very neat, clean and rooms were updated. The kitchen provided all the needed dishes, applicances and pans. I plan to book this townhome for my next visit to Ocean City.
