This Pakenham holiday home is situated in a quiet close. The tastefully furnished townhouse offers a promenade leading to the nearby lake and fountain, cafes, shops and restaurants. Our rental sleeps up to 8 in three bedrooms and divan DB in lounge . Perfect for family holidays.

Whether you are visiting relatives near Melbourne, between houses, waiting to settle on a house or even in need of an insurance stay, we endevour to make your time with us feel like a home away from home.

The rental offers all modern amenities, including a fully equipped modern kitchen with gas stove.and coffee machine.

The double-storey townhouse features 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, ensuite, in master bedroom, which has it's own balcony overlooking the ornamental lake. Remote garage: close to the Monash freeway entrance (60 km east of Melbourne).

This holiday house is perfectly positioned to arrange day trips to gourmet food trails in the Gippsland dairy belt, Gembrook Village (only 20mins away) and the Bunyip State Forest (deer, wombats, kangaroo sand even the occasional koala cans be seen early in the morning and at dusk). Your rental is well situated to discover Gembrook’s treasures, including the world renowned Puffing Billy, antique shops, vintage car displays and rural restaurants, like the award-winning “Forest Edge”.
