Photos and Description of the Prela vacation apartment rental

The 100 year old house is located 9km from Imperia in the Ligurian backcountry in the district of Casa Carli from the village Molini di Prela. The apartment has a half-covered roof terrace with a stunning panorama view and is located on the first and second floors. You can get to the first floor through an old slate staircase and through the apartment entrance door into a spacious Sala with an old dome. From here you can get to all other rooms (bathroom with shower/WC, kitchen) and to two bedrooms - each with two beds. The front bedroom has a double bed, the second has two single beds. From the Sala you will find a beautiful, old slate staircase that leads to the second floor. There you will find a light-flooded roof terrace room with a couch. Table and chairs. Next to this is the roof terrace. You can sit above the entire village and enjoy the view in all directions (towards the sea, village, olive groves).

You can reach Prela, surrounded by olive groves, in about 15min through the path from Casa Carli or in about 2min by car. There you will find a post office, a "mom and pop shop", a pharmacy and two restaurants.

Es hat uns in Casa Carli sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage, die Umgebung des Dorfhauses- alles sehr sympatisch. Für ambitionierte Köche (oder Familien) ist die Küche allerdings zu spärlich ausgestattet. Die Wohnung hat schöne Natursteinböden, die alte Struktur des Hauses ist beibehalten worden. Für Kleinkinder oder ältere Personen ist die Wohnung aufgrund der vielen steilen Treppenstufen nicht geeignet.
