Terms and Conditions: We sincerely hope that you enjoy your stay with us. For your own comfort and safety, along with that of other residents and future guests, we respectfully ask that the following points are observed. The apartment is STRICTLY non smoking. We regret that no Stag or Hen parties can be accommodated. Each party must have a least one guest aged 21 or over at the time of arrival. Matagorda Bay is a family holiday complex and all guests are respectfully requested to refrain from behavior which may cause offence to fellow visitors. Guests continually causing disruption may be requested to leave by our management company. Children are welcome and cots can be arranged for a small extra charge. We regret that no pets are permitted.
Terms and Conditions (continued): The apartment is available after 2pm on the day of arrival, with vacation no later than 10.30am on the day of departure. If you require late departure we will do our best to help, but due to the possibility of arriving guests, no confirmation of availability can be given until the day before your departure. If you do have to vacate the apartment before your flight time, luggage storage facilities are available. Please be aware that to comply with the latest Spanish safety regulations, the swimming pool is 5 foot deep and is therefore NOT deep enough for diving. Serious injury may result if this is ignored. Sunbeds should not be removed from the pool area. By making your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the above.
