This spacious and luxurious 4 bedroom house is ideal for family holidays as it is situated on the wonderful 4 star Regal Oaks resort in the popular Old Town Kissimmee just 3 miles from Disney. It provides a self catering luxurious accommodation which is very attractive and practical for any holiday renter,business group or longer staying guests. The accommodation consists of 4 large bedrooms , a fully furnished living/dining area and a well equiped modern kitchen. There are 3 full bathrooms with shower and an additional cloakroom on the ground floor. 2 of the bedrooms have en-suit bathrooms and the master bedroom has access to a balcony at the rear of the property.There are HD TVs in living and master bedrooms, cable TV, DVD,internet access, laundry with washer /dryer and a safe.There is a 24 -hour check in desk, a bar, swimming pool and Spa and the pool-side barbecue area with music and supervised children activities.

    Your credit card must be produced at the arrival desk and this will be swiped as a security deposit against the property.Charges will only be made in the event of damages or breakages during your stay.Your card details will be destroyed following satisfactory inspection and no damages/breakages.
    Cancellations 4-8 weeks of arrival date will result in 50% loss of total rental cost and cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival date will result in 100% of rental cost

The house was great as was the weather,plenty of space for larger parties, close to all amenities, pool area was good but tikki bar not been open since resort opened, pool itself was ok but shabby considering it was only 2 years old. I would go to the house again as the house was great, very clean and spacious and good location.

A group of 8 stayed at the Regal Oaks complex in August 2009. It was great to stay in a very clean, well maintained and comfortable house. The property is in a great location, within walking distance of Old Town and some really good restaurants, but is well equipped, so if you don't want to eat out you don't have to. With all the Theme Parks, Outlet Malls and International Drive a short drive away, this property is in an ideal position for a great holiday.

The pool complex is a short walk from the house and is maintained to a high standard. The slide and the lazy river
were enjoyed by all ages.

We all had a great holiday and want to stay there again and are looking forward to doing so in the coming years

We stayed at Regal Oaks - Property #405159 on 2720 Camaro Drive. The property is located in a really convient place. We were just walking from Old Town, Fun Spot, shopping, restuarants, etc. It was only a 10 to 15 minute ride (at the most) to Disney, Sea World, etc. Our rental was very nice. The property was very clean and and very well maintained. I would definitely stay there again. My daughter and her friends enjoyed the pool which has slide and a small lazy river. Just remember these are townhomes and you need to provide things like soap, toilet paper, etc. after a day or so. Again, my family really enjoyed staying there. The property we stayed at was like brand new, One thing that I wish they would allow is small animals such as cats and small dogs.

The property itself is in a good location, just around the corner from the pool complex and only a few minutes walk from Old Town. Situated on a quiet resort but close to popular attractions such as Disney, it's a very clean and comfortable house which is well equipt with all we needed for an enjoyable stay.

As a group of six with an age range of 8 to 56yrs old, we were very impressed that the pool complex met all our needs, with a slide for the kids (and the adults too haha!) and a lazy river for the older ones. The pool was cleaned regularly along with the jacuzzi which overlooked the lake.

We've visited both Orlando and Kissimme several times in the past but this was our first visit to Regal Oaks, and I can honestly say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again next year

10 Night Stay - Jun/Jul'09

For a family of four we found the property spacious and comfortable. It is conveniently located for access to I-4, Route 192 and International Drive which means that the theme parks, outlet malls and a variety of restaurants are within easy reach. Whilst we chose to drive, there are a number of restaurants & bars within walking distance as is Old Town, Kissimmee with its assorted shops and attractions.

Having a keypad lock on the front door is a good idea as it is one less set of keys that can be lost on a rollercoaster!

The swimming pool does have the slide, lazy river & jacuzzi which were enjoyed by all of us but some of the other suggested resort amenities e.g. supervised kids activities, did not appear to be on offer which while not adversely affecting our holiday maybe important for other vacationers.
