Upstairs- 2 Large bedrooms with Queensize beds and Built-in Robes. Kitchen with Microwave and Sandwich Toaster, Lounge, TV, DVD, Video, Stereo, Bathrooom which includes shower, bath and vanity. Separate toilet and a large balcony.

Downstairs- Large bedroom with 1 Queensize bed and 2 sets of double bunks. TV and Wardrobe. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and hand basin. Separate toilet. BBQ Area in Garage attached to house. Gas BBQ hotplate and gas Webber. Extra blankets in downstairs wardrobe if needed.

Coobowie

Coobowie is only 220km from Adelaide, or an easy 2 hours 15 minutes drive.

Coobowie is within 10 minutes drive from Edithburgh, Wool Bay, Port Giles and Yorketown.

Edithburgh offers two hotels, cafe, shops, concrete tidal swimming pool, caravan park, boat ramp and a jetty.

Wool Bay offers safe swimming beach and jetty.

Port Giles offers jetty.

Yorketown- Has a hospital, doctors and chemist. The main street has a variety of shops, two hotels and a Hardware store. Also a large recently refurbished Foodland supermarket. Coffee shop opposite Foodland. Two banks, ANZ and Bank SA, both with ATMS.

Port Vincent is approx . 30 minute drive. Take a look at the new Marina development.

Marion Bay (Via Yorketown, Warooka) Situated approx. one hours drive.Check out the Marion Bay tavern for great wood oven pizzas and extensive lunch and dinner menu. Petrol is available at the general store and a surf shop next door. Scuba Airfills avail. at surf shop.
