SALE !!! August 24 - 31 $1,600 (Plus Sales Tax) 5 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath Private Beach House, With Private Pool. This beautifully decorated raised beach house was totally remodeled in 2012. New flooring, Linens, Furniture, Painted throughout and new 32 inch flat screens in each bedroom. New Flat Screen in family room. Five bedrooms and four and a half baths can accommodate 14 people in your party.

A king bed in the downstairs master bedroom has a private bath. There is also a Master Bedroom upstairs with another King Bed and private bath. Bedrooms Two upstairs has one queen bed, bedroom Three upstairs has one queen bed and a private bath, bedroom Four upstairs has two queen beds. The family room has a sleeper sofa that converts to a queen size bed.

There are six TV's in the house. A 32 inch flat screen in each bedroom and a 42 inch flat screen TV in the family room. The family room is very large and opens to the kitchen and perfect for the family to gather after a long day at the beach.

The property is steps from the beach. You decide your perfect day, lying on the beach all day or sitting by your private pool or a combination of both....You decide. It's your vacation! The house is 2 homes away from the Surfside Beach Pier, Restaurants, Ice Cream and Shopping. You are just 15 miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport and close by to downtown Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet Restaurant Row and downtown Litchfield Beach. You pick your entertainment...

About The Owner

Our family purchased 15A N Ocean Blvd. in 2011. It is the perfect beach house for a large family. We wanted a beach house within a stone’s throw of the beach, so that our kids can walk to and from the beach on their own.

Wonderful House!!! Very Clean, Well decorated, Great View and just steps from the beach!!! My family enjoyed everything about this house..by far the best home we have ever rented!! Location was great the house was only steps to the pier and multiple restaurants. We had only 1 issue with the pool heater and the owners had it taken care first thing the next morning!! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in surfside!!

We vacation in Myrtle Beech every year and rent a house for a week. This is the best house we have stayed in. It was clean the furnishings was great and the location was convenient . I would recomend this house. The most important thing to us was the owners was real nice. I emailed them several times puting our trip together and they always responded and didn't mind answering any additional questions we had. If you cant deside between this house and another one pick this one!!!!

Great house with prime location 2 mins from beach access...didn't even have to put baby in stroller for walk to beach. House was set up well for cooking big meals & sleeping lots of people w privacy. We hope to be back again!

Just stayed at this property and enjoyed every minute. Very spacious and in immaculate condition. Perfect location. Within walking distance of pier, restaurants and shops but very secluded, quiet and safe. Planning to go again. Such a nice vacation. Would definitely recommend it to my friends. Great for families and groups of adults. Myrtle only a few miles to the North but not in crowds and to the South neat local flare restaurants, shops and botanical garden with sculptures.
