The much desired coastal town of Stanwell Park now offers a modern holiday home to accommodate 8 guests including your very own plunge pool.

Located in Beach Road this home has all the ingredients for an enjoyable getaway. You will love the convenience of being only a short walk away from the beach, or head the opposite direction for your morning coffee & paper - better still you can check the surf without stepping a foot outside the front door!

The upper level features an open plan living area with modern kitchen including an extra large stainless steel stove/oven plus dishwasher. Reverse cycle air conditioning ensures comfort year round whilst relaxing in the lounge & dining area that lead onto a large outdoor entertaining balcony with views of the nearby beach.

The three bedrooms cater for six guests comfortably, at the end of the hall is an internal laundry and another extra large deck with built in BBQ and additional outdoor dining table - perfect for soaking up the northern sun.

There will be no fighting over the TV channels - as you head downstairs you are treated to a large rumpus room with a 2nd flat screen TV & DVD player plus a powder room with 2nd toilet. Yet another entertaining area flows off the rumpus room, undercover with outdoor lounges overlooking the pool complete with sunbeds.

OPTIONAL EXTRA SPACE: If you are looking to book for a larger group a fully renovated 4th bedroom with King size bed plus kitchenette, dining space and ensuite bathroom is now available at an additional price. This is perfect for those traveling with 2 families or in laws who appreciate having their own space. Please make us aware of your interest in this space at the time of your enquiry.
