Thatched house and cottage, large, heated infinity pool, great for parties

CROFTERS is situated on the Atlantic coast, only 30 mins from the airport and Cape Town. Is ideally situated from which to explore the Cape peninsula, is in the quiet equestrian area of Noordhoek, known for it's 7 mile white beach. Crofters is a self catering property in secure grounds and consists of a spacious thatched house with four en-suite bedrooms plus two en-suite bedrooms in the adjacent cottage. The total property sleeps 12 although smaller groups are welcome. Groups of up to 8 can have the use of the main house with the adjacent cottage vacant. The large heated infinity pool with large deck area and 12 loungers is the ideal place to soak up the sea and mountain views.

There are several reception areas to relax in, a lounge, tv/bar room and reading room. The large fully equipped kitchen has central island with bar stools and the utility area is equipped with all the necessary appliances.

CROFTERS can be used as a wedding venue with a hired marquee on the level lawn.

Coast/Beach : Noordhoek beach is famous for it's 7 mile beach, perfect for horse riding and walking. The beach car park is only a 3 minute drive away.

Fish Hoek beach is more suitable for swimming, which is only 10 minutes across by car, on the Indian Ocean.

Golf courses in the area are:

Clovelly, Westlake, Steenberg and Rondebosch.

Hours of hiking is nearby in the beautiful Silvermine Reserve.

Noordhoek is well situated to explore the Cape Peninsula, the penguins at Boulders Beach, Simonstown, Kalk Bay and Muizenberg.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Price quoted is for 7 nights in the main house at Crofters i.e. 4 en-suite bedrooms with an additional charge should the cottage be required sleeping 12 guests in total, if not, the cottage will remain empty. 50% deposit to secure booking with the balance due 30 days before arrival.
    A refundable breakage deposit is also required.
    Maid service and linen and laundry change twice weekly for rentals of 1 week or more. Extra maid and laundry service on request.

Notes: Smaller Groups considered. CROFTERS has everything a family would need in each room. The kitchen is well stocked, there is a large BBQ outside, 12 loungers around the heated pool with small teak tables. Off road parking for approx 6 cars. The large plasma tv screen and bar is situated above the large vaulted beamed lounge. An ideal venue for small parties in the main house and large gatherings such as weddings with marquee hire, situated on the level lawn in spacious gardens.
