This quaint 850 square foot condo is ideal for any traveler, where sunlight is abundant and convenience is precedence. MUSIC, ART, BOUTIQUE SHOPPING, MICRO-BREWERIES, TAILGATE MARKET, GROCERY STORES, TOP RESTAURANTS are ALL less than a 10 minute walk or a safe bike ride on sidewalks and in bike lanes to the center of Asheville.

Located within sight and sound of all the action, the views are paramount. Inquire with owner about the best of Asheville and all of what western North Carolina has to offer. During your stay, if you would like concierge services and transportation, the owner is happy to provide more information specific to your needs.

The condo is newly built , quality green construction, which includes bamboo and cork flooring. Its decorated with a mix of American antiques, original artwork and mid-century modern , contempory furniture. Designed by a local architect, the condo's layout is open, and the main living area comfortably seats 5-6 adults. It has high-speed internet, with plenty of workspace to spread out, making it also an excellent spot for an executive stay. Our condo building is quiet and all the neighbors are very respectful.

Its equipped with high-end stainless appliances and upscale furnishings. The large concrete counter tops, kitchen island with a large sink provide plenty of room to prepare food, and is a fantastic area to cook in and be together with others.

The location is easy to find, with plenty of street parking. For guests staying a week, a garage parking space, with an elevator to the condo is available. Directions will be provided. By car, its only 5 minutes to any excellent grocery store in the area, and of course many restaurants and scenic attractions.

Quickly access the Blue Ridge Parkway via Town Mountain Road, mountain bike Bent Creek, or spend the day at Biltmore Estate, all within 15 minutes.

Unwind with a spectacular view of the oldest mountains in the world and expect gorgeous sunsets from the dinning table. Watch from the romeo and juliet balcony, as the historic downtown cityscape lights-up for your evening.

Walk to hear music at The Orange Peel or watch a minor league baseball game and then have a great meal at any number of top-notch restaurants downtown. The condo is just below a 30 acre wooded city park on Beaucatcher Mountain. Its an easy escape to the urban forest, for a run, walk or mountain bike ride, making this spot the best of both worlds- the city and the mountains- all in one.

About The Owner

I love this town! Its been home for more than 10 years and exploring all that the area has to offer is what I love to do best. I spend my time managing vacation rental properties, studying film production, going to music and art shows, hiking and volunteering for one of the best non-profits in town, the Lake Eden Arts Festival.

We're grateful you've chosen to visit Asheville, for whatever reason, and encourage you to shop and buy local during your visit, as it helps maintain so many of the wonderful aspects of our town. What makes this condo unique

Out of any window, the views are fantastic. Whether its a sunny, blue-sky day or a misty mountain morning, its always fun to look out into the distance. I've designed and decorated the condo with comfort, organization and quality in mind. I share with guests all the amenities I would want at a vacation rental, so I hope you enjoy it, like I have. The condo was clean, well decorated, and the owner was helpful throughout the process. Downtown is very accessible from this location and it felt like we were only 5-10 minutes from anything we wanted to do. There are several amazing restaurants in Asheville, (The Storm, 12 Bones, The Admiral, Honey Tupelo, etc.) We were also amazed at how safe the downtown area felt at night and just how friendly the people were. We would definitely go back and unless we are with another couple this would be a perfect location to stay.

Excellent Condo for Two People

My husband and I stayed in Sarah's condo for our anniversary trip to Asheville. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. There was plenty of room for the two of us, parking was not an issue, and it was convenient to everything we had planned for the weekend. We will definitely consider staying here again for future visits to the area!

Great place to stay!

This condo has a great layout, especially if you will be using the sleeper sofa. The bathroom is between the bedroom and living room, so you don't have to walk through the other's bedroom to use the restroom. This kept me from waking up every time my dad had to use the restroom during the night. The condo is very spacious and clean with every amenity you could ever need...even a treadmill and a netflix account. The owner was very helpful with easy-to-read directions for every electronic device. I would definitely stay here again!

Nicely Appointed Asheville Rental 404983

Our visit to Asheville was very pleasant at renal property 404983. The description and photograph accurately described the condo. This place was immaculate and quiet. We saw only one other person outside our entire visit. The owner was very helpful in answering any questions we had and once we arrived, all other information was laminated and displayed for us. It was very close to downtown Asheville, walkable to some, with the closest attraction being the Orange Peel area. In our opinion, the condo is a better option for 1 couple to rent or a family with older kids. The bathroom is located just off the living room which serves as a pass through to the bedroom. This could be an awkward arrangement for 2 couples. If you are planning to use the sofabed, bring your own pillows as we were only able to locate two pillows. That being said, we would definitely recommend this home to our family or friends. We hope to stay there again one day soon.
