    CLEANING: A $80 cleaning fee is applicable to this property. If additional cleaning is required it will be at your cost.

Nice house/ poor real estate management!

The house was lovely, clean and well located.
Unfortunately it took 42 days to get our bond back and many unreturned phone calls.
We also felt that we could not relax as there were unrealistic charges for anything that was not left perfect.
We will not book anything through Century 21 Aldinga again!!!
