Sea Change is the ultimate summer or winter holiday retreat overlooking the clay and limestone cliffs of the infamous Port Willunga. A host of romantic days awaiting you, with drop dead gorgeous sea views from its expansive deck or a leisurely 50 metre stroll to the old port for the compulsory sand castle and daily swim to while away your day.

This two storey modern home is exceptional with spectacular sea views stretching right down the coast to gull rock with the lights of Adelaide clearly visible to spoil you at night. It is conveniently situated just a stroll away from the infamous Star of Greece Restaurant, whilst having the luxury of being beachfront!

It's close for day trip drive down the Fleurieu Peninsula, to the McLaren Vale Wineries & restaurants or Goolwa via Port Elliot or Victor Harbor. Even Kangaroo Island isn't far away.

    LINEN; All homes have doonas with covers that are used like a blanket, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. All beds require top and bottom sheets and/or covers for the doona. Linen service can be provided upon request at a surcharge which includes sheets, pillow cases, bath mat, hand towels, bath towels and tea towels.

    CLEANING: A $80 cleaning fee is applicable to this property. If additional cleaning is required it will be at your cost.

    BOND: $300 on all bookings.

Lovely propery - great location

The property was in a great location and well laid out. Close to wineries, great restaurants and beautiful coastline.

Provision of basic staples would have been handy eg. washing up liquid, washing powder, oil, etc.

Also outdoor furniture was really dirty and had we decided to use it we would have had to spend time cleaning it.

Having said that - the property was lovely and comfortable.

The most disappointing thing about the holiday was the difficulty we had with the letting agent and recovering the bond for the property. I had to consistently hassle them and then make a formal complaint about the process - eventually was refunded the money but no apology was forthcoming. Will definitely not rent through that company again - have never experienced this type of attitude and we have rented a lot of holiday properties...
