North facing 2 bedroom unit with fantastic ocean views with spa, sauna and rooftop facilities!

Spacious two bedroom unit on the first floor with lift access from the security carpark to your unit.

This unit is fully self-contained including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer. There is carpet throughout and a colour T.V. with a D.V.D player and an air conditioner in the living area.

There is a large North/East facing balcony off the lounge area with an outdoor setting and great ocean views.

The accommodation consists of one queen bed in the main bedroom with an ensuite and mirrored wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds with 2 single trundle beds and there are ample blankets and pillows.

The bathroom and laundry are combined with shower/bath vanity and toilet. Other features include swimming pool, security screens and security parking for one. Beautiful Gold Coast beaches await just across the road!

Rental amount indicates off peak rate only.
