North east facing apartment of two storey penthouse living within a stone's throw of glorious Clovelly Beach and it's fantastic lifestyle.

Live in luxury in this 2 story penthouse a stone’s throw from the famous Clovelly Beach.

The main level consists of the kitchen and lounge which opens to a balcony with views. The main bathroom with bath/shower, internal laundry and the main bedroom with king bed builtins enuite with shower and views out to the Pacific Ocean.

The roof terrace entertaining area includes a huge open terrace with a water feature overlooking Clovelly Beach and the ocean. The inside area completely opening onto this terrace includes a wet bar, fridge, and gas cooking and BBQ.

With an abundance of natural light, polished floor boards, basic foxel, air con and wifi this apartment is a must for the traveller or the corporate.

Convenience is right here with restaurants (including the Clovelly Hotel), shops, and bus transport to the city (including Fox Studios) at the front door. Just a walk down the steps to Clovelly Beach and it’s salt water pool, snorkelling, board walk and Sea Salt Cafe or continue along the Ocean walk along the cliffs and beaches from Bondi to Maroubra.
