Modern and renovated in 2008, designer building in the heart of the old city, close to the Ramblas, with a truly Cosmopolitan feeling. Within walking distance of all major sights of Barcelona with easy access to public transport. The Cosmopolitan building provides you with all the amenities you could ask for; elevator, WIFI, AC and heating, TV with DVD player, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Fabulous designer 4 bedroom apartment with typical Catalan wooden beams in the ceiling. All 4 bedrooms have 2 single single beds each and there is a double sofabed in the living room. There are 2 bathrooms with shower, and a living / dining area with an open kitchen.
