Open plan living area, with lounge, dining, kitchen combined. powder room/laundry

& 1 Bedroom on lower level with single bed and trundle.

Upstairs has 2 good size bedrooms , master with ensuite and spa bath.

Master bedroom has Flat Screen TV mounted on wall and own balcony with table and chairs

2nd bedroom has 2 single beds.

This complex is a great family location with 3 pools and tennis court, games room and only 10 minutes walk to Tewantin

Shops, Marina and Bowls club.
