In town for a swim meet at Georgia Tech. This condo was affordable and a convenient location. I will stay here again!
Very cozy, convenient location. Great for extended-stay or weekend getaway. An ideal choice for someone who wants the comforts of home while on vacation. This condo was equipped with everything I needed for my stay. This will be my first choice when returning to Atlanta.
I just returned from an 11 day stay in Atlanta. I chose this unit for the price, location and availability. The landlord was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had prior to booking and after. The unit was very clean and more than enough room for me. It was great having a kitchen so that I could make coffee, breakfast, or heat up leftovers from the many, many area restaurants. Walking distance to the Aquarium, CNN, Olympic Park and World of Coca-Cola. Took MARTA a few times and found people very helpful if I had questions. If I go back to Atlanta, this would be the first place I check.
5 stars!!!! We absolutely loved the condo! The minute we walked in it felt like home! The warm furnishings are comfortable and the fully equipped kitchen complete with everything you will need from silverware to a wine bottle opener, made our visit effortless! The bedroom is cozy and roomy, with a writing desk and its own wireless internet connection.
The pass-through kitchen counter gives the living area a feeling of being very spaciousness and welcoming!
Mrs. Pitts made us feel very welcome and frequently checked-in with us to make sure we were ok or if we needed anything!
The condo is very safe and secure with the security access doors and also extremely quiet in the evening hours with no doors slamming and people walking around in the hallways, making noise like it is in a hotel. You will get the feeling you are staying a family member or close personal friend’s home!
You could not ask for a better location, 3 blocks from the Georgia Aquarium and Coca-Cola World, 1 block away from the MARTA transit station to catch the Braves shuttle to Turner Field or anywhere else you need to go in Atlanta.
Allot of choices of restaurants in walking distance, from the high-scale steak-house to a sushi bar.
We will definitely visit again the next time we are in Atlanta and will highly recommend to friends and family too!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this apartment. I was attending a week-long class at Georgia State University, and it was an easy 10-minute walk from the apartment to the location of the class. It was great to have a well-equipped kitchen and apartment to come "home" to and to be able to prepare my own food, avoiding the cost and calories of eating out constantly. The apartment was comfortable and bright, and Jane was very friendly and helpful when I had questions. Even though the apartment is extremely close to public transit, etc., I ended up driving to Atlanta from elsewhere in the southeast, and she helped me obtain a parking pass for the week in an adjacent lot. Also, the people at the concierge desk in the building were always very friendly and helpful, and I really felt like I had a great home base!
A couple of tips to make your stay even more enjoyable:
-make sure you remember the unit number from the contract when you're checking in with the concierge, as that's what they'll need to find your reservation;
-look for the wireless name and password taped to the side of the modem in the living room;
-the light switch for the kitchen is high up on the wall inside the kitchen, over the bar.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the great lengths you went to making sure that we had a place to stay during the month that my Dad was hospitalized in Atlatna! You were so sweet checking for in with us from time to time to see how things were progressing, most people would not have done that.
The condo was so comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed at our fingertips, it was nice to have a home away from home! The view from the balcony was so nice in the morning and evening and the location was safe & convenient as we were able to walk to a variety of restaurants and shopping!
Thank you again Jane you have a HUGE HEART!
