This Dubai holiday villa is absolute luxury. Located on Frond P of Palm Jumeirah ('the 8th wonder of the world') this villa comfortably sleeps 10, and has been designed and decorated to the highest standards. The kids will always be completely entertained here with your own private beach, heated/chilled pool, and an entertainment room that includes Wii, TV, DVD, Apple TV, laptop PC's, a movie selection for all ages and board games for the traditionalists! The newly opended Aquaventure at the Atlantis The Palm is 2 minutes away on the Palm Crescent and you can swim with the Dolphins in the 4.5 hectare Dolphin Bay located next to the hotel. 2km away is the Emirates golf club, The Mall of the Emirates and the Wild Wadi Water Park. The houseboy will clean and tidy on a daily basis, drop you to any of the nearby attractions or hotels, and will even shop for your groceries. This really is a luxury Dubai vacation home!

This luxury Dubai holiday villa is situated on Frond P and has its own private beach! Almost guaranteed sunshine, world class golf courses, a wide range of restaurants and bars, duty free shopping, the Aquaventure at the Atlantis Hotel Dubai, the Wild Wadi Water Park and the desert activities will keep you very busy. Close enough to enjoy the restaurants and bars of the 5/6* hotels, yet ideally located to enjoy quietness. The Emirates and Montgomerie golf clubs are minutes away. Grocery shopping facilities are also close by offering free delivery should you wish to order by phone or alternatively, send the houseboy / driver!

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental price includes house keeping 6 days per week. Linens (sheets, towel, dish towels) are changed twice a week. The houseboy will run short errands including grocery shopping if required. Prices include the pool cleaning, garden maintenance and local phone calls. A mobile phone is also offered with pay as you go service.
  • Prices are based on a 6 person minimum occupancy, please ask for pricing for larger groups of up to 10. A deposit of 30% is due upon booking, with the balance due 90 before arrival. Payment may be made by bank transfer or credit card. Credit card payments incur a 1.9% processing fee. A security despoit of £200 is payable on booking and refunable at the end of your stay.

Notes: The houseboy / driver is available 6 days per week from 8.00 a.m to 8.00 p.m and will manage local grocery shopping if required. Babysitting is available for an additional fee of 40AED per hour (approx. £6, $10) paid directly to the houseboy (he is absolutely trustworthy, and babysits my own children when we use the villa). A small selection of popular games are provided for the Wii and you are welcome to load your own PC games onto any of the PC's. A DVD collection is available for viewing, and an Apple TV has a large selection of movies and TV shows The pool is heated to at least 28 degrees in winter, and cooled to 30 degrees in summer.

It was everything we wanted & more, The villa was in first class condition very spacious ample room for 6 adults & 3 children it had a very warm swimming pool & the house boy Julius was a great help . We will all be going back to the villa again
