Charteris Court Unit 2 is the middle unit in a neat, tidy group of 3 and is within easy walking distance to both the best beaches on the South Coast (Horseshoe Bay and Boomer Beach) and Port Elliot's local eateries.

An affordable unit any time of the year!

The unit comprises of the following;

2 ground level bedrooms comprising of a Double bed plus a bunk.

There is another sitting/bedroom area upstairs which houses a single bed and sofa.

A small balcony comes off this room and restricted sea views are on offer.

Open plan kitchen / dine / lounge area is ground level with;

TV, DVD, portable evaporative cooler, oil column heater, radio/cd player and MW.

The bathroom comprises of a shower and WC, whilst in the laundry there is an automatic WM.

Outside in the enclosed rear courtyard a carport with Roller Door is available plus some outdoor furniture & bbq.

SLEEPS 5: 1 Double, 1 Single, 1 Bunk

Holiday clients to supply bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen plus all personal requirements.
