Both my wife and I grew up on the water on opposite coasts - she's from Rhode Island and I'm from California. When we found ourselves, as college professors, teaching and raising our family in the Midwest, we decided we needed a place to get away and relax on the water. We have many happy memories of family reunions, summer boating days, and snowy winter evenings by the fire here at Foxhaven. Our children are all grown up now but they still return to share good times at our beautiful lakefront retreat.
The Chain-O-Lakes is beautiful series of lakes and channels with cute cottages and elegant waterfront mansions, waterfront restaurants, wildlife and pristine wetlands to explore. We've been here for years and are still finding new things to see and do!
Quiet mornings with mist on the lake, sunset sails with family and friends, fishing, swimming, water skiing - there's always something happening here at Foxhaven.
