Stayed here on a girls holiday and loved every minute. The apartment was in great condition, great views of the sea, very easy access to all the main attractions. Lots of restaurants and shops just downstairs. Felt really safe, great security 24hours and really helpful. Would recommend to go in the peak season as JBR was a little quiet, although this did not affect our stay. Alfie was very helpful and trips could be booked through Vinnie (cheaper too!). The transfers were also booked through Alfie, which were great for us but I suppose taxis are equally just as good. Also, there was a taxi rank right outside the apartment block which was great if you wanted to go out at night-no problem hunting taxis!! All in all it was a great stay, would defo recommend but only thing was a slight smell of sewage-big problem in Dubai so nothing unqiue to this apartment.DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK THIS-YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Very nice apartment,balconcy on every window,front windows overlook marina.A few minor niggles,there was a missing glass shelf in en-suite and the toilet roll holder was to close to shower which meant it was hard to keep dry but as i said only minor.5 minutes walk to the marina front where there is plenty of choice of food.The owner can arrange airport pickup and was very helpful on arrival at the apartment.There is plenty of building work in the area but in dubai this is to be expected.Cleaners came every few days and they even helped us take our bags to reception.i would have no hesitation in recomending this apartment a very enjoyable stay.

People on site were very helpful. The owner, who took the building also helpful but assured me that the flat would be available on arrival (8am in the morning) but the last guests had only left a few hours before.
Some work going on around the area....though this is to be expected in Dubai
The beds were not the most comfortable.
But over all good value for money; and the people managing the appartment were v helpful

Apartment was clean and tidy and the 'welcome pack' items were useful.

Company representative was very helpful.

Would have appreciated some sort of guide regarding use of the TV/media centre - had to work that one out by trial and error.

Whilst there were some shops open locally, the Walk area is still undergoing construction and should be open properly by Easter 09.
