This beautifully renovated beach house is set just a short walk from lovely Merricks Beach. The home features polished floor boards, new fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, fridge & microwave, lounge room with TV, DVD, VCR & stereo, coonara fire place plus split system heating/cooling. 3 bedrooms, modern family bathroom with shower & vanity, sep toilet, laundry with washing machine. Outside is a gas BBQ and 2 outdoor settings.
