Great Location

This apartment was clean and in a great location in Paris. However, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was a great deal of food left in the kitchen and the kettle was filled with rust. The shower head did not fit correctly so that when showering you had to hold the shower over you rather than have it attached to the wall. These are all things you can put up with but we were very unhappy with the dealings with the owner. It took three attempts to get the correct quote for six days accommodation, each time being higher than quoted on the website. Also, after we left we were charged 50 Euros for a bathroom handle that we know was faulty when arrived and then accidentally fell off and broke. This was very disappointing for us and made the relatively inexpensive apartment, much more expensive than planned. I would not recommend this apartment as there are others in the same area to chose from.
Owner's Response: We applied a small portion of your deposit to a door handle that was broken after your departure. The Tea Pot does not have rust rather it is Calcification from water.
All equipment, linen, floors, kitchen, bath and bedroom are inspected before and after departure. We work hard to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Just what you need in Paris.

This flat is literaly 100 feet off the Champs-Elysees! Near cafes, 10 minute walk to the Arc, 5 minute walk to the Metro station. Clean and comfortable. My family with 3 kids enjoyed staying here for the long weekend.
