Charming both inside and out, this waterfront property with lush lawn and gardens is one of the prettiest in Chatham. It is serene and private on the tidal Oyster River with views of Nantucket Sound, lighthouse and Monomoy Island. Its own private and protected beach makes it especially appealing for children. Bring your boat for access to Stage Harbor, Nantucket Sound, Monomoy and the ocean (75 lb mooring included in price). In addition to the house there is a rustic two bedroom (sleeps 4) garage appartment with full bath ideal for teenagers.
