Experience an authentic Costa Rica vacation away from the crowds yet close to everything. This beautiful appointed home is located in a secure, gated community in one of the most popular regions of Costa Rica halfway between the largest tourist town of Jaco and the world famous Manuel Antonio National Park and within walking distance to one of the most pristine volcanic beaches in Costa Rica.

The main villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a spacious living area and full kitchen. The walkout from the living room opens on to a beautiful outdoor patio surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, an in ground pool and adjoining guest house. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail in our covered outdoor rancho. The guest house features a king size bed and on suite bathroom. Amenities are completely modern including gas BBQ, flat screen TV, wireless internet, IPod station and a large library of DVD's.

We can arrange transport for you and your guest(s) to and from the airport to the house. A car is recommended and our relationship with Zuma Car Rentals will pick you up at the airport and drive you to the house and return you to the airport as part of their excellent service at the best rate available! We also arrange Eco tours, fishing with the locals, surfing lessions, jungle tours on horseback or ATV, Zip lining, interaction with wildlife, snorkelling, deep sea diving, all at local prices arranged through our local contacts. Esterillos Oueste is a small fishing village on the Central Pacific Coast. World class surfing, boogie boarding and sport fishing can be part of your Costa Rica experience.

There are a variety of restaurants and bars throughout the town, a grocery store and butcher shop as well. The villa is 15 minutes south of the largest tourist town in Costa Rica, Jaco. Jaco offers dozens of restaurants, bars, shops and clubs for those wanting to enjoy the local night life. About Randy and Erika

We currently own two vacation getaways, the Villa Tranquility in Costa Rica and Birch Bend Resort in the Kawartha Lakes Region of Ontario Canada. We built the Villa Tranquility 4 years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed the area's many unique qualities and all it has to offer with family, friends and many guests and wish to extend the same pleasures to you. We have a responsible property manager who lives within minutes of the property, speaks English and will assist you when needed. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

We enjoy the tranquil surroundings of Esterillos, a quaint fishing village on one of the best surfing beaches in Costa Rica and only 15 minutes to Jaco by car. Jaco has a number of terrific restaurants, a casino, night clubs and bars plus fantastic shopping.

What makes this villa unique

I enjoy watching the hummingbirds in the butterfly trees, the scarlett McCaws leaving for the day, various species of parrots chattering overhead, all while sitting in our rancho with my morning cup of coffee and watching the sun come up over the Hills of Esterillos.

We arrived and found the Villa, Pool and Garden in excellent condition. Everything was clean and very well looked after. The weather was teriffic and we spent a lot of time in the clean pool.
We did lot of sightseeing e.g. Crocodile river,monkey tour and shopping trips to Jaco.
There is a lot to see and to do.
Excellent place for a nice vacation .

We spend our Holy Week, in your beautiful house at Esterillos.

Everything was just perfect. The house is completly cozy. The rooms are big enough, and the guest house is lovely.
We loved the pool and the patio, and we just fall inlove with the Grill.

We were very confortable at your place. The house has everything you need to feel yourself at home

We loved your home and Esterillos

My husband and I along with our friends fell in love with Esterillos 5 years ago and returned this January to buy our own home. Our stay in your home this year solitified our decision to make Esterillos our eventual home. Your place was fantastic and gave us the much needed break we needed. We barbecued fresh fish right by the pool two different evenings. It was fish we bought right off of the fisherman on the beach when they came in with their morning catch. Our friends had not had a vacation in 4 years and commented that your home was one of the best vacation experiences they have ever had. Carl commented that Esterillos reminded him of Hawaii 50 years ago. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we hope to be neighbors soon.

Great Winter Escape

Really enjoyed my time resting, swimming in the pool and tanning. Loved the parrots and mccaws flying overhead and quiet evenings just enjoying the patio and yard. Bus available outside the main gate for shopping and sightseeing adventures. Manuel Antonio, a wonderful National Park close by.
