Prela Vacation Rental chateau / country house

This restored rustico is set in Praelo, a small and quiet hamlet 12 km from the sea. The house is recommended to all lovers of the charming of the typical Italian houses of the past years. It is divided in two floors and a terrace on the third floor. At the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area with direct access to a space just for a table and chair, the Pool and an external shower. Always at the ground floor there is a bathroom with toilet and wash machine. At the 1st floor there is a double bedroom ( queen bed) with ensuite bathroom with tube. A bedroom with 2 single beds (suitable just for children).At the second floor there is a bedroom with single bed, a wide studio with a single bed and a bathroom with shower. An extra kitchen, a living room with TV SAT and Cd player. At the third floor there is a wide terrace for sun bath or for tasting a glass of Italian wide, contemplating the view over the valley till the Mediterranean sea.
