The apartment is located in the heart of Montmartre just a hop over from Place des Abbesses - in fact the living room and bedroom overlook Place des Abbesses. You have wonderful bars, cafes and bakeries practically at your doorstep. You can walk to Sacre Coeur but to avoid walking up the steps to get to the top, you can take the Montmartrobus (our little electric bus running from the Abbesses metro station), or use the Funiculaire. At Abbesses you have metro line 12. Use the elevator so you don't have to walk up the many stairs - though of course taking the stairs means having the opportunity to admire the artwork that adorns the walls. Metro line 2 which you can catch at Pigalle is a quick connection to Gare du Nord station (La Chapelle), and to the Arc de Triomphe.

Nice compact apartment with a great central location. Tastefully decorated with very good facilities. Would recommend this accomadation to anyone but you need to be fit as it is on the fourth floor and it is a long way up!!
Metro right outside your window, lovely quiet street with a good Italian restaurant downstairs.

Charming appartement in a lively neighbourhood.
Many good shops and restaurants nearby.
4th. floor witout escalator is however a factor to be considered.
Everything worked ok. Excellent customer service.
