Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Australian Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• Deposit Information:
  50% is required at the time of booking with the balance due one month prior. If accommodation is within a month of arrival, 100% will be charged at the time of booking. A non-refundable transaction fee applies with each transaction: 2% with a Visa, MasterCard and EFTPOS, and 3% with an Amex
  
  Cancellation Policy:
  A minimum of 14 days notice (received in writing/email) for all cancellations/alterations is required. Where less than 14 days notice is provided, a 30% cancellation fee will apply. Where less than 7 days notice is provided, the full deposit will be forfeited
  
  Other Information:
  Credit card must be shown at check in. A pre-authorisation of one nights’ accommodation will be swiped to your credit card and this will automatically be released within 3-7 days dependant on your bank's pre-authorisation policy. Photo ID is also required or check in will be declined.
  
  Luggage storage not available on Weekends and Public Holidays
