New 2 bed Apartment, 300 mtrs from beach,15 mins from Albufeira. Luxury apartment in the seaside town of Armacao de Pera. Set in the sunny central Algarve it is a golfer’s paradise and a family favourite. Our apartment is situated on the ground floor in a private complex which has access to large swimming pool area and is located centrally to the town. It is 3-4 mins away from the beach, centre of town, supermarkets and tourist office. It is about 4 mins away from the bus station and can accommodate up to 6 people. While staying with us you will have access to the swimming pool and underground car park. It has a fully equipped kitchen complete with hob, oven, fridge-freezer, d/washer, washing machine, kettle and toaster. Also includes table & chairs and a large sofa bed. Living room with leather suite, TV & DVD player. You will also have use of patio furniture and sun lounges. Master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second b/room has 2 single beds, and two bathrooms

Armacao De Pera is a paradise location situated near the ancient Algarve Capital of Silves, a region steeped in history just 35 mins from Faro Airport. Located less than 10 mins drive are the two championship golf courses, individually designed by Nick Faldo and Christy O'Connor Jnr. There are a host of other golf courses both locally and just 15-20 mins away in the beautiful Villamoura. This area is also endowed with numerous fabulous beaches and the renowned Cliffs and Caves are amazing to be seen. ZooMarine, Aqualand, and Slide & Splash are all closely located; less than 20 mins drive. The apartment is only 15 minutes from Albufeira, and is central to Armação de Pêra town.A short 3/4 mins walk and you are at the beach. You don't need a car as all amenities are close by, bakery, fish/veg market, supermarkets, laundry, post office, banks, pharmacy, restaurants/pubs, Portuguese restaurants/pubs by the sea ... At night you can also find pubs with live music, karaoke, etc.

Our holiday in Armacao De Pera

From arrival to departure everything went like clock work. Was greeted by a keyholder who showed us over the apartment and confirmed departure times etc The description was extremely accurate, a spacious close to the beach and all facilities modern apartment. The kitchen opened out onto the pool which with two children was a benefit to be able to watch them from. The apartment was clean, well maintained with spacious wardrobes. The owner is very approachable and very helpful and recommended taxi firm to use for transfers. I would and have already reccomended this apartment to friends and other holiday makers I met whilst in Portugal.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Excllent location, all amenties (ie beach, shops, banks, restaurants, taxi and bus stops) close by and with in walking distance. The apartment has a simple layout and would sort all age groups. The facilities in the apartment are excellent, air conditioning in all rooms, lovely lounge with TV (inc Sky a modern kitchen with all the appliances that you need to make your stay comfortable.
The apartment was spotless and well looked after.
Owner was very help and was able give advice about the local area and how to get around Armaceo de Pera.
We would defintely recommend this apartment to friends and family.
Lovely beach and restaurants especially in the older part of Armaceo de Pera, waterparks for the younger members of the family. A vast choice of restaurants to choose from English, Italian, Chinese and local portuguese fish restaurants.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, People with Disabilities
