Clean, Cozy and Luxurious

We rented Wolfe lodge for the long Thanksgiving weekend. I can't imagine a better place! I was looking for a place where my 3 kids would have enough to do to keep them happy so I could relax. Wolfe Lodge was perfect! The house is filled with everything you need. We brought in food and cooked our own meals, the kitchen had all the right tools. It's obvious the owners took great care in furnishing this place, everything is of good quality and taste.
Bear Lake is a huge development. It had enough trails and fishing spots so we never ventured off the property. We loved the little parks, my younger son enjoyed the treehouses. In the warmer months they set up teepees. My older son loved fishing in the ponds and lake. Next time we'll stay longer and check out the surrounding area. The house was so cozy, I was tempted to stay put! The beds are amazing with high end linens! There were enough tv's to keep the kids happy as well as an Xbox and the house had wifi so everyone could be plugged in. I was busy reading on the porch swing (unplugged) while listening to the stream outside.
We purchased Thanksgiving dinner from the club. The food was wonderful and the staff was very accommodating. We drove up to the club a couple of times to look around and it's very nice. Most of the amenities were closed in the winter, but I could see that it's very well maintained and has much to offer. My kids are anxious to come back in the summer and take advantage of the many amenities of the club which are available with the rental.
Wolfe lodge definately lived up to its description! While it was a great place to relax, there is so much to do in Bear Lake and the surrounding area. Well worth the trip and money.
