One Street to the Beach with Rural Views

Downstairs comprises kitchen and dining area with separate living area with reverse cycle air conditioning and a slow combustion fire. The living area opens to the undercover outdoor entertaining area with outdoor furniture and bbq. The master bedroom is downstairs with a queen bed and has access to the two way bathroom. Upstairs is a second living area with access to the large balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two king singles. There is a fold-up bed provided in a nook off the living area. The main bathroom comprises bath, shower and vanity. The property enjoys rural views from the living areas, balcony and both queen bedrooms. The rear yard is fully fenced and will accept your outside pet. Linen is not provided in the rental rate. Linen can be hired at an extra cost.

GUEST REVIEWS

Close to beach, comfy beds and furnishings with great facilities and lovely grassed areas fo children to play. Secure back yard and in all a pleasureable holiday. Only negative is its distance from Pt Eliott central (you need a car) but would definitely stay again. BTW great Indian restaurant in Pt Elliot. Anne, 2013
