I am a university administrator. My wife Sharyn is a middle school teacher. We live in eastern Maine and have been spending weekends and vacations on MDI for twelve years.
Someday we hope to retire to Eddybrook Cottage. We enjoy the area and especially exploring mountain and seaside trails that we haven't hiked before.
In the summer and fall we enjoy lectures given at the College of the Atlantic, and the Library. We enjoy the art shows, the craft fairs, and local events such as the July 4th celebration.
