Trendy Beach House in Central Coolum

Property consists of one bedroom with two singles in the main part of the house and the Master bedroom with Queen bed on the other side of the entertaining area (not suitable for families with small children) Dine around a large private entertainers deck with BBQ and modern cane outdoor furniture.

Outdoor laundry with washing machine and dryer and HOT outdoor shower for those early morning surfs.

The property must not be used for any parties, functions or unlawful purposes. If this clause is not adhered to PENALTIES WILL APPLY

Main living area consists of reverse cycle heating and cooling, AUSTAR, fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances.

Private Studio consists of walk in robe, ensuite and reverse cycle heating and cooling system.

4 Long beach is pet friendly with a large fully fenced backyard. (Pet fee applies.)

House, 2 bedroom, 1 x Queen, 2 x single beds, 2 bathrooms AUSTAR, reverse cycle heating and cooling, BBQ, large deck, Pet friendly, HOT outdoor shower, fully fenced large backyard
