Summer rates:1st Nov to 28th April @ $1,160 p/w, $190 per night (minimum of 2 nights stay)
Winter rate: 1st May to 31st October @ $760 week, $140 per night (minimum of 2 nights stay).
We require 20% of total rental or one night's accommodation to be paid (whichever is the greater amount) to secure booking. On cancellation of booking, this amount is not refundable.
