3 bedroom and 1 bathroom Holiday House

This modern split level property is only a 3 minute walk to beautiful Redbill Beach. Comfortable walking distance to the shops and Waubs Bay Beach. A fully fenced sundeck runs the length of the house, with great ocean and coastal views which can be enjoyed from the upstairs rooms and sundeck. Fully enclosed yard

DVD player and BBQ

This Three Bedroom house has 1 x Queen 1 x Double and 2 x Singles and sleeps up to 6 persons.

You are required to supply your own linen ie sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels or there is a linen hire service available

Summer Rates: 1st November to 30th April + June & Sept school holidays

$170 per night (minimum of 2 nights)

$200 one night only

$1095 per week

Winter Rates: 1st May to 31st October

$130 per night (minimum of 2 nights)

$165 one night only

$895 per week

We require 20% of total rental or one night's accommodation to be paid (whichever is the greater amount) to secure booking. On cancellation of booking, this amount is not refundable.

Note: Any incidentals will be charge on check-out and a 1.5% surcharge would be applied if paid by credit card **
