This is the lower unit of the duplex Coco-Nut's of Anna Maria. This unit is 1 bed/ 1 bath, which is perfect for small families looking to get away ( would not recommend to parties over 4 people [pull out sofa will sleep 2 people]). This unit has a nice screened in front porch with partial view of the ocean, and just feet away from beach access, near Bean Point. If you have a larger party, or would like to rent both units, the listing # for the upper unit is 299340.
