Bungalow, 2 Bedrooms + Blow up Mattress, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 6)

Very comfortable and cute beach Duplex located two short blocks to the beach, a five minute walk to the main village and beach restaurants and an easy walk to the Del Mar Racetrack.

Newly painted condo with casual and very comfortable furnishings. Our condo has two bedrooms, one queen-size bed, one Cal King Bed and one full bathroom. The living area includes a comfortable sofa and love seat and TV viewing area. This duplex is at the end of the street with ample off street parking and room for an RV. This property is unique as it has a large back yard which is a great place for the kids while meals are being prepared. The out door area is furnished with a dining table and chairs as well as a comfortable sofa and place to kick up your feet and recount the fun of the day. There is a gas BBQ for those great outdoor meals. The home comes fully equipped with a washer and dryer in the garage. This duplex is great for families and a deal considering all other hotel rooms in the vicinity are running in the high two and three hundreds just for a single room.

Raised in California the family fell in love with Del Mar and decided to make it home by purchasing properties that would forever keep us tied to the area. We love travel, sunsets and good wine.

I am an avid beach goer and surfer so this was the perfect spot for my girlfriend and I. We walked everywhere and really liked how friendly the neighbors were. The unit had everything we needed and more. The furnishings were very nice and the house keeper took care of all the details. The property manager assisted us when we locked ourselves out and was very attentive. We will definitely be back.

We are lovers of walking so this location was perfect for us. We walked to dinner, shopping to the beach, shopping everything. We like to enjoy the lifestyle when we visit different places and this location allowed us to do just that. The space is not large but it has everything you need including all of the beach equipment, chairs, umbrella and cart. We enjoyed the outside space as much as the inside and the weather was perfect for BBQ's. We will return to this property again.

Great Location close to everything in Del Mar

My husband and I took our kids to Del Mar for a get away and loved the location of this property. It was a short walk to the beach where there were bathrooms and showers for the kids, the property had a nice beach set up with chairs, umbrella and cart to get everything easily to and from the beach. The property manager was very helpful and we will stay here again.
