* 180 degree Eastern views of the Pacific Ocean and Solitary Islands

* Western Wooli River views from undercover deck perfect for alfresco dining

* National Park views lazily stretched along the riverbank

* Full length sunroom with extensive views to watch the sunrise & dolphins play

* this small beachouse has 4 bedrooms upstairs (3rd & 4th are small), with the living room centrally located and the ktichen on the western side of the house. The deck on the river side of the property has a low railing.

* Double storey with lower level second bathroom
