The Gulf Crest Condominium and Resort rest on the exclusive Thomas Drive area of Panama City Beach described as 'the World's Most Beautiful Beaches' by the Travel Channel. Eat, sleep or just relax on one of the largest gulf front wrap around balconies (719 sq ft) on the Emerald Coast.

The unit's large open floor plans (1801 sq ft) features three bedrooms, two bunk beds, and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom, living, kitchen and dining rooms all provide spectacular gulf views through the large floor to ceiling windows. Beautiful ceramic tile floors and crown molding adorn the unit.

This unit is professionally decorated and you will feel relaxed the moment you walk in.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, balcony access and a large attached bathroom area with a double vanity, shower/tub, linen closet and walk-in closet. Both guest bedrooms have queen size beds, flat screen TVs and balcony access. The large open kitchen boasts a 16 foot breakfast bar and is fully equipped to prepare and serve gourmet dinners. The kitchen has GE Profile Appliances, corian countertops and a panoramic view of the beach. The unit has a washer/dryer room, ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms and state of the art wifi. The living room features comfortable new furniture and a large flat screen TV.

Gulf Crest Resort features two gulf front pools, 2 outdoor spas, a kiddie pool, a poolside Tiki Hut Bar/Restaurant, a gulf front fitness center, covered assigned garage parking, 3 high speed elevators and 294 feet of sugar white sandy beach. You also get free beach service (in season) with this rental.

You may never want to leave your unit, but in case you do, there is a poolside Tiki Hut Bar/Restaurant and excellent dining and family entertainment just a short walk away. Enjoy the fun park, golf, deep sea fishing, diving, snorkeling, jet skiing or just spend a relaxing day at neary St. Andrew's State Park or Shell Island where you can swin with the dolphins.

HURRICANE EVACUATION POLICY: Full refunds for days not used will be given in the event of a hurricane evacuation.

Good Luck

This comment is not necessarily meant for this unit but for the manager of this unit, Eileen Meyer. When I first went to book a unit at Gulf Crest I thought I would maybe be treated better if I dealt with someone that just happen to own the unit. Eileen Meyer in her listing of a unit states "Eileen Meyer - Rental Manager and Owner" That's a lie which I didn't find out until it was too late. I'm allergic to cats and all her units state NO PETS. When I checked in with my family within an hour I knew I was in a unit that had cats in it. I called Eileen Meyer to tell her the situation. I needed a deep cleaning of the unit. She was a different Eileen Meyer then the one I dealt with when booking the unit. She told me she would have to contact the owner to get permission for the expense. She didn't get back with me the next day so I called her. She told me she wasn't able to contact the owner. At that point you would think she would take care of the cleaning even if the owner wouldn't allow it but that wasn't the case. I suffered through the whole time we were there and spent as much time as I could outside. We also had a hot water faucet leaking in the bathroom. I informed her of this and four days later someone knocked at the door. We didn't answer it because we were busy with something else. The person let themselves in. We sent them on their way. Too many people know their way in. I felt unsafe leaving the unit with out taking all are valuables with us. If you rent from this women, good luck.

Owner's Response: Wow! I have no recollection of this incident. I am very perplexed. I did not take over the rental management of unit 401 - 4th floor - vrbo #404549 unit March 1, 2015 (this can be verified with the Gulf Crest Building Manager). This complaint is from a stay from July 2014. Today is April 15, 2015. Why would the renter wait 9 months to file a complaint? As information, Gulf Crest Resort does not allow renters to bring pets to the Resort. As owners, we do not have any cats -- my husband is very allergic to them. We have been purchasing and renting units in the Emerald Coast Area since 1985. We never once have received a complaint like this. I still can't figure it out. You may check all of our glowing reviews on vrbo.com. And also check our credentials with the Gulf Crest front desk. We have an impeccable reputation. We currently manage 16 rental units at Gulf Crest (our own and those of family and close friends) since 2004. Never have we encountered a situation like this. We are out at Gulf Crest every Saturday to check each unit after a renter departs and before the next one arrives. All of our units are very updated and come with beach service. We keep lots of extras in our units. WE have onsite cleaning and maintenance for any problems or issues....and we always respond promptly. We are totally focused on customer service and satisfaction.....70% of our business are repeat renters. We can guarantee you that you will be very happy with our services.

BEST YET!

Our family vacation included our grand children for the first time. This unit is absolutely fabulous! The unit itself was very spacious, the balcony was a surprise. I've never had a balcony with this much space before. In my opinion, it's huge! We could all 7 sit comfortably out there without having to move chairs everytime someone needed to go inside. This balcony has a beach view AND wraps around to the front of the condo for a beautiful Thomas drive view as well. The decor is beautiful and well done. Great taste! Eileen and Kim are excellent to deal with. The unit as promised comes with chairs at the beach. The weather was great the entire time (one short t-shower) Ship wreck island is a very short drive away, went there and had lots of fun. Rides and go-carts, put-put right across the street. If you are a cocktail person, it's right behind Ms Newbys which I highly recommend. ask for Carla at the bar! I highly recommend this unit or any of Eileen's units. We will certainly rent from her again. Thanks Eileen for a wonderful time!

Was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in!

When we walked in everything looked and smelled so fresh and clean.

Loved the white California shutters and the decor! Never have we had a condo so well stocked with everything we needed. I am a fan of The Pottery Barn ..... Loved the linens, dishes and pictures! Such a treat to enjoy the cusinart pans! Just can't say enough about our fun stay.

The beach chairs were a very nice extra also.

Working with Eileen was such a good experience, we have already booked for next year and can't wait to go back!

Fabulous Condo - Very Clean - Great Location!

We stayed here for a week in July 2013. There were 7 of us and we could not have asked for a better condo. The condo was sparkling clean when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the layout of the condo was perfect. Gulfcrest's accommodations were also excellent. The pools were kept clean and having the beach chairs (owned by #1401) was an added bonus. Working with the agent, Eileen Meyer, was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again if we visit PCB in the future.

Beautiful Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo! It was absolutely beautiful and met every expectation. We loved the reserved chairs and extra chairs, boogie boards, cooler etc. available to us. I personally appreciated the detergent, paper towels, baggies etc that were available as well. In the past, we have always had to buy all that stuff and usually only used a little of it. We then either had to leave it or lug it back home. This time we didn't! It was very nice. The view was breath taking!!!! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!
