This is a new barn conversion within the private grounds of jubilee court, which is situated in a conservation area. The property is detached and is a total of 1200 sq ft, it has a spacious lounge with a dining/kitchen area, a washer/drier, microwave and fridge freezer are provided. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with basin and toilet, upstairs there are two bedrooms and a large luxury bathroom, the first bedroom has two single beds which then leads onto the second bedroom which has a king size bed both bedrooms are fitted with oak furniture, wardrobes, cupboards, flat screen TVs & DVD units, travel cots are available and all utilities linen and towels are provided, jubilee cottage is a LUXURIOUSLY APPOINTED 2 BEDROOM HOUSE situated in the heart of Worcestershire in the centre of naunton Beauchamp, a quiet village with a Norman church, post box and telephone kiosk. The property has a wealth of oak beams and in the lounge area there is a flat screen TV DVD unit and freeview sky TV

We are ideally located for a number of tourist attractions with Stratford-upon-Avon, the birth place of William Shakespeare, Cheltenham, Malvern hills, Broadway the start of the Cotswold's which is renown for it's beautiful chocolate box villages and antique shops, all within 30 minutes drive, worcester only 10 minutes drive,west midland safari park located at bewdley is also within 30 minutes drive as well as the famous Cadbury’s chocolate world. There are a number of golf courses very local to jubilee cottage with the nearest only 4 miles away. There is a local swimming baths in Pershore, which is lovely market town,'brum' from the television series is also located in a motor museum at Bourton on the water, we are also located within 30 minutes from Cheltenham race course so are very handy for the Cheltenham festival with the race course for the gold cup reached easily, warwick castle is only 35 minutes away.and 2 theme parks drayton manor,60 mins and alton towers 75mins

  • Change over days will usually be Saturday to Saturday although we will be as flexible as we can, occupation is from 3.00pm and the property to be vacated at 10.00am on the day of departure. DEPOSIT. bookings will not be confirmed untill a deposit of one third of the total accommodation rental is received.However, if the booking is made within six weeks(42 days) of the commencement date, the full rental will be required BALANCE OF HIRE This will be due six weeks (42 days) before the commencement date. We reserve the right to cancel a holiday where full payment has not been received 21 days before the commencement date and to retain the deposit if re-letting is not possible
  • From the living room you access the garden and patio area where there is a round table together with 4 comfortable chairs, there is also a gas bar b q the garden is quite flat and very safe and access is secured by electric gates within the garden there is a 2 child garden swing and play platform, there is also plenty of room for children to play games,and other garden toys are available in dry conditions

  • This is a large cottage and for 4 people is very adequate, however a small child could also be catered for as a crib or cot bed is available, the bedrooms are quite large16ft x 16ft and 24 ft x 16 ft together with a large landing area, the bedrooms are fitted with solid oak wardrobes, bedside tables and drawer units. There are flat screen TVs and DVD units in both bedrooms a hairdryer is also included, within bedroom 1 there are two single beds and bedroom 2 has a king size bed

For those with young children/babies there is a crib or cot bed available together with high chair or booster seats and stair gates. we also have a collapsible pushchair.All linen towels and utilities are included and a washer dryer for your laundry needs, rotary clothes dryer is also available. we are only 25 minutes from Stratford-upon-Avon, 30 mins from Cheltenham, 25 mins from Malvern hills, 25 mins from Broadway, 15 mins Worcester and there is numerous places to eat and drink from 2 to 5 miles, this is a very quiet village therefore a car is essential, the nearest town is Pershore at 5 miles the nearest shop is 2 miles, nearest petrol station 3 miles, nearest major super market 4 miles nearest hospital 7 miles and the nearest indoor swimming pool at 5 miles

A location for many attractions or a quiet time: The local golf courses include 'the vale', Evesham golf club, Ombersley golf club, Kidderminster golf club forest pines at Bewdley and Wharton park there are plenty to choose from, there are also 2 trout fishing pools both within 2 miles of jubilee cottage.and for those who like shopping we are 40 minutes drive from MERRY HILL SHOPPING CENTRE Located at brierley hill in the black country, and only 45 miutes drive from BIRMINGHAM With its famous BULL RING CENTRE

'Christmas and new year wonderland': This is an ideal cottage for a romantic weekend or weekday visit and during the Christmas and new year period 30th November till 06th January the whole property is lit by some 9000 white lights also with internal decorations and further features in the garden it really does look a Christmas wonderland

Or just a romantic get a way from it all break: Whilst jubilee cottage is located in the centre of Naunton Beauchamp which is a very quiet village we are only 7 miles from junction 6 of the m5 motorway

Spent a lovely week at this gorgeous barn conversion. Wonderful barn, beautifully decorated and equipped.
Lots to see and do locally and within an hours drive.
Have recommended it to lots of friends already!.

Beautiful Country Retreat

We spent 3 weeks in England - 2 weeks at Jubilee Cottage - and this was definitely the highlight of our trip. We wanted to experience “the English country side” and we weren’t disappointed. The cottage is located in a lovely rural setting within the hamlet of Naunton Beauchamp and is well appointed and spacious. The garden allows privacy and is beautifully maintained. Our children enjoyed exploring the garden area and playing with Mike and Claire’s young children and the family’s cute dog. Mike and Claire are generous people and as hosts struck the right balance between allowing us space and providing great hospitality.
The cottage was a great base for exploring the scenic villages of the Cotswolds, historical midland cities of Worcester, Hereford and Gloucester and the beautiful countryside of South Wales.
Had a great meal at the “Red Heart" Pub with friendly and relaxing atmosphere.

Beautiful holiday cottage - very relaxing

We spent a lovely week in this cottage. The photo's on the website looked wonderful but the reality was even nicer. The property was immaculate with all you could need for a very comfortable stay. Mike & Claire were excellent hosts and gave good recommendations for eating out. They had thought of everything from toys for our toddler to a lovely fresh welcome pack ready for breakfast the next morning. Although the weather was typically british there was plenty to do and the cottage was so nice it was lovely to stay in as well as explore the local area. We would definitely recommend to our friends and we certainly hope to visit again sometime soon. Thank you!

Excellent holiday

We spent a week in the Jubilee Cottage this summer and only have good things to say. The description was 100% correct and the help of the hosts was great but apart from a very well equipped cottage, great decoration the best of all were the fascilities for the kids and the garden where they could run around and play. Our 3-year old still talks about his first meet with a badminton racket! I would recommend this holiday let to anyone and particularly to families. In the close-by Pershore we also received very friendly and helpful attention in their tourist information in the middle of the village and we can strongly recommend something as simple as the hire of a small motorised boat in Evesham and a half-day trip up and down the river Avon through one of the locks - fascinating stuff, lots of birds, lovely views and friendly people.

We spend an absolute amazing holiday in a wonderful house, luxury fitings, everything perfect.
A very warm welcome, but the best: a lovely family with 2 excellent children and a cute dog.
All of our family felt very good and enjoyed the holiday.

the property is a good starting point for the midlands and cotswold and surroundings.

We recommend this property and the owners to everyone, who wants to spend remarking holidays.
We hope we can come back some time
