Ostend is Belgium’s premier seaside resort and has always been a favourite with British tourists. A long sandy beach and promenade, a fish market, casino, plenty of bars offering evening entertainment, parks, shops, historic ships etc. Many international events take place throughout the year, including beach racing and firework competitions. All this adds up to make Ostend a wonderful holiday destination. You have a choice of crossing the channel by ferry or through the channel tunnel.

  • The costs are in function of your consumption and how many persons you are :
    Insurance and residence tax : 1,50 € per adult per day (insurance max.18€)
    Garbage bag from the city of Ostend : 1,40 € a piece
    Personal consumption of water, current and heating – is measured with meters.
    Cleaning at departure : all our flats and apartments are always cleaned (wet) before arrival. At departure you can choose to clean yourselves or to let it be cleaned at 35 €
    Dependant on how large your apartment is and also on the duration of your stay, we ask a warranty of min. 100€, paid back upon departure, after deduction of your consumption.
    Dogs are allowed. For this, we ask a fee of 2€ per dog per day. After your departure, the apartment is checked and cleaned thoroughly to entirely please the next tenant.
  • Reduction on standard rate for longer stay possible! (starting from 2 weeks and more).
