We are a professional couple with three children and we work in the entertainment industry.
We use the flat ourselves when we need to be in Paris so we rent it out in periods when we don't need to be in Paris.
As we live there periodically, the flat maintains its homey atmosphere but as we are also working professionals we keep it in a condition where you can enjoy both work and leisure
