French style Apartment in St. Kilda

Overall OK stay. Apartment rather loud (noise from street and stairwell), but in a good location. Secure parking fine. Fitzroy Street, Acland Street, St. Kilda beach and Albert Park Lake very close. Bathroom and equipment in apartment fine, but the especially the kitchen equipment could have been better and was only for 4 inhabitants. The apartment was in total clean, but the BBQ was dirty and the floor had not been properly cleaned.
Owner's Response: Hi Gerard, thanks for your feedback, we will check with the cleaner about the floors and barbecue. We do have professional cleaners come in after each stay, perhaps they overlooked something. The kitchen equipment is almost new and has everything required for comfortable stay - was there items missing that you required. It would be great if you could be more specific so that we can replace any missing items.
