ARCADIA ON CARRINGTON: 'A quiet country retreat'.

A grand country home close to Echo Point and the Three Sisters, bushwalks, escarpment views, renowned restaurants and Katoomba town centre. Self contained featuring a living/kitchen/dining great room with a mature 'cool climate' garden outlook. Three bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 Double & 1 Twin) plus a Double Sofa Bed in the morning room will comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons (5 singles or 4 couples). Two bathrooms (ensuite with double shower, main with spa bath) plus a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Bedding, electric blankets, linen, towels and toiletries are included. Coffee, tea and some basic cooking supplies are provided. TV, DVD, VCR and CD Stereo plus a selection of movies, music, games and lots of books. Centrally Heated plus a Gas Log Fire for fireside ambience to ensure that your entire stay at Arcadia on Carrington will be relaxing and comfortable.

About Patrick and Tina McMenamin

Patrick & Tina purchased a weekender in Leura 2001 and commenced operating this as holiday accommodation in addition to personal use from 2002. In 2004 they upgraded to Arcadia on Carrington and have dressed it with fine furnishing and collectables. In 2008 Patrick & Tina relocated to Katoomba and created Getawayhouses.com.au which manages holiday houses for non resident owners. Tina has a background in media and publishing which has assisted her to grow the business. Patrick continues to operate as a mortgage broker and financial planner from a home office in Katoomba. Holiday Houses are a unique investment which can benefit from the small business capital gains tax concessions if structured correctly.
